Monthly or annual billing via Stripe. Founding Members keep their discounted rate for life as long as the subscription remains active. No refunds after 14-day trial.
You remain the Covered Entity. You agree to only upload PHI you are legally authorized to process and to maintain your own malpractice and cyber insurance.
No use outside Texas PI chiropractic cases. No reverse-engineering the AI models. No sharing login credentials.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you violate these terms or HIPAA requirements.
